Shipping
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. 
Currently we can only deliver to UK addresses. 
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day.
Standard processing delivery time - 2-3 working days. 
 
Return Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with the products you have ordered from us,  you can notify us and we will issue a refund. For this to be processed smoothly, you will need to notify us on info@thevelysoapery.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the items within the next 14 days. 
To receive the refund in full, the items have to be unused and returned to us in its original packaging. 
You will have to arrange and pay the cost of returning items to us. We also strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
 
Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct it.
Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue a refund for used products. 
If you have received these products as a gift and are not 100% satisfied, we will happily issue an exchange of products with products of similar value.
